About Us

Bella Tile & Stone was born out of a genuine love for tile and the specific need for more variety of unique and special tile offerings in the Lake Geneva area. With a father who was born and raised in Italy, Bella’s Lake Geneva store owner, Dianne Fasano, took many family trips to Italy growing up, which gave her a true appreciation for tile and stone. And as an adult, while moving from her hometown of Willmette, IL to Lake Geneva and building a custom home, she found herself struggling to find any tile in the vicinity that she felt met her expectations in terms of design and material options while also fitting her budget.

After completing her home and settling into the Lake Geneva community, Dianne decided to give the area a much needed resource when it came to tile and, celebrating her Italian roots, opened the first Bella Tile & Stone in downtown Lake Geneva. Dianne made a point to create a showroom with a variety of options and an array of price points; additionally, she wanted Bella Tile & Stone to focus on tile design so that customers could find accessible, expert help when making design choices, something that was lacking during her home building experience. The result is what customers have grown to appreciate in the service they receive when they walk into one of our showrooms—design assistance with a focus on the best customer service experience possible.

Now after more than a decade and four independently owned locations including Lake Geneva, WI, Delafield, WI and Wilmette IL, and a showroom in Park City Utah, we bring a wealth of knowledge regarding tile, both in terms of material options and tile design. We offer you as much or as little help as you need in making design selections, all with an eye towards creating vibrant new spaces and feeling less overwhelmed in the process. Above all, we think shopping for tile should be simple and fun.

BUILDERS & INTERIOR DESIGNERS WELCOME! We have years of experience working with custom builders and interior designers and have best practices in place to make the entire process smooth and organized. We bring great value to our builder/designer partners through the services we offer, and our vast tile selection provides options for every single room while staying within any size allowance. From ceramics, porcelains, cement and terra-cotta to natural stones, glass, mosaics and multiple custom options, we offer a range of products and materials at varied price points. We also know how to mix price points in order to address budget parameters while simultaneously creating the particular aesthetics specified by your clients.

As added value, our builders receive individual CAD drawings for each room to show all tile selections. Each room’s CAD highlights the design details of the specific area, along with any selected trim and grout color per area. This aligns the builder, installer and the Bella team throughout the installation process. We also supply builders with a Powerpoint presentation which walks through each room’s selections, including pictures, along with detailed information around design, tile placement, trim pieces and grout selections.
